How do you ensure the quality of Society Tea?

We source our tea leaves from the finest estates in Assam and use state-of-the-art automated processing plants to ensure consistent flavor, aroma, and hygiene in every pack.

What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?

We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied based on the delivery location and package weight.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

Can I return a product if the seal is broken?

To maintain food safety standards, we only accept returns if the product is damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. We cannot accept returns for opened or used tea packs.
